Our services include:

  • Scene management – In the aftermath of an incident it is essential that the scene is preserved to allow for a sufficient incident investigation. We can manage the scene of an incident for you to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • 24 hour call out – We are available on 24/7 call out to respond to all workplace incidents.
  • Notification of appropriate regulator – Regulators (e.g. WorkSafe NZ) require notification of specific types of incidents and may or may not choose to conduct their own thorough investigation. We assess the incident to determine if a regulator notification is necessary, and if so, manage all communications.
  • Detailed Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) investigations – An ICAM investigation is a specialised incident investigation method used to identify the root causes of an incident. We have ICAM trained consultants who will conduct ICAM investigations and identify the appropriate corrective actions that are reasonably practicable for your business to eliminate or mitigate the risk of reoccurrence.
  • Expert advice and training – Incident response management is a specialised procedure that requires specific actions. We offer expert advice and training on how to properly manage your response and conduct investigations.
